iMac is essential to his brick-and-mortar facility. Customers are welcomed by a vibrant front desk with colorful iMac computers that reflect the brand’s personality. The team relies on Mac to run Gingr, an app used for managing daycare and boarding services onsite, where each pet’s personalized care can be tracked in real time.
While Mac powers their office, iPad enables pet handlers and facility managers to be nimble and work in the field quickly and safely. For neighborhood dog-walking schedules, the team uses the Time to Pet app to stay in sync with customers across locations. And with the Jibble app, which uses facial recognition to automatically identify each person and log their time, employees can clock in and out of shifts easily.
